Description

    A core, hip flexor and abdominal exercise

Coaching Points

  • rest the small of your back on a bench with your feet stretched out infront of you
  • place a medicine ball or small weight between your feet
  • pull your knees towards your chest whilst at the same time crunching your sternum towards your pelvis
